Small Handrail Installation Guide
We sell several components that make up our Small Cumaru Handrail System. This guide will show you how to assemble them.
Our Small Decking Handrail System uses the following components, which can be found in our price lists:
Given the nature of cumaru decking, we recommend predrilling all screw holes.
1. Attach the Small Handrail to the 2 X 2 baluster, screwing it in from the top.
2. Attach the 5/4 X 4 base rail to the 2 X 2 baluster, screwing it in from the bottom.
3. If you followed these instructions exactly, there will be a screw hole visible on top of the railing. To avoid this, we recommend installing wood plugs.
